At RosyParfum, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

🔄 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (fragrances and personal care items), we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:
• You must request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition you received them.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was defective or wrong).

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item(s) and packaging. We will happily replace or refund affected items.
