🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries with restrictions on fragrance imports.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rosybyparfum@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
